Rod Stewart was great, when he sang
When Rod Stewart sang, he was awesome. His voice, just as good as always, was great. The show, however short, featured some really awesome saxophonist playing that I enjoyed. I really enjoyed those. The good parts were limited to a handful of songs, as Rod Stewart had his daughter sing one or two solo songs and then had her accompanying him for one or two songs. Although she was good at the style she sang, it was not consistent with Rod Stewart's style and not one I enjoy. It may have been a good Vegas Show, but for us who travelled 5 hours to see Rod Stewart, it was a bit frustrating. They left Maggie May for the encore, and rushed through that very quickly, which was also disappointing.
